ELIMINATIONS RAINED OUT

Three times the track was dried and ready for racing, but we could not catch a break. We had a great 1/2 day with two wild rounds of qualifying and the Tribute to the Legends. Then it rained. Nobody tries any harder than the management and staff at the Beaver to get the race in for the spectators and the competitors.

RAIN CHECKS: Will be issued the following way.
#1 - If you left the track prior to the race officially being called at 6:00, and did not receive the yellow rain check or have Barbie Beaver validate your rain check, please do the following:
Terms: Please mail your arm band and/or racer rain check stub to our office.  You'll receive your rain check voucher by return mail promptly.
Spectators: $10 each or $25 Carload;    Racers: $15 voucher

Please send in your refund request before the July 31, 2008 deadline.
Always remember that BSD rain checks are good forever.

Special Note: The Pro Classes, N.E.T.O., Nostalgia Super Stocks, F.A.S.T., the East Coast Gassers and Pro Stick, are not eligible for rain checks as their groups we're refunded by BSD to their Circuit directors. If you have any questions please contact your groups director.

                               Beaver Springs Dragway
                               109 Race Track Lane

I want to personally thank all of the great spectators and competitors for their     support and kind words over a very trying afternoon as we battled the rain and lost.
I assure you that we'll do all we can to make your next trip to 'The Beaver' an enjoyable one. Again, thank you from all of us at BSD.  Beaver Bob
